National Park Exhibition “Im Facettenreich”
The newly redesigned National Park Visitor Center in Wörth, featuring the multimedia exhibition
“Im Facettenreich,” aims to do justice to the rich diversity of the Rauris Valley
and serve as an informative and entertaining starting point for exploring nature in the Rauris Valley and its side valleys.
Rauris Valley Museum
17 exhibition rooms featuring fascinating artifacts from the Rauris Valley. Discover how the first skis came to Rauris, how the Rauris Valley became the “Golden Valley of the Alps,” how Europe’s highest weather station was built on the Sonnblick—and what Ignaz Rojacher has to do with all of this—at the Valley Museum.
Guided tours for groups of 6 or more are available by appointment only through the Tourism Association (Tel. +43 6544 20022).
Hohe Tauern National Park Worlds, Mittersill
Across ten exhibition halls, visitors are drawn into the worlds of the Hohe Tauern National Park, one of the most spectacular natural landscapes on Earth.

Vogtturm Museum, Zell am See
In the medieval Vogtturm, you can not only experience the fascinating history, art, and innovative spirit of the town and the region, but also enjoy interactive discovery stations for the whole family.

Felberturm Museum in Mittersill
The Felberturm Museum in Mittersill offers a fascinating glimpse into the history, culture, and natural environment of the Oberpinzgau region, housed in a historic medieval defensive tower.

“Mühlauersäge” Wood Experience Center in Fusch
The Mühlauersäge Wood Experience Center in Fusch offers an exciting journey of discovery through the history of woodworking and traditional sawmilling in the Pinzgau region.

Krimml Water Worlds
The Krimml Water Worlds, located at the foot of Europe’s largest waterfalls, offer an interactive outing for the whole family. The Water Worlds invite visitors to play, experiment, and marvel at the wonders of water.

Stoanabichl Celtic Village, Uttendorf
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the Celts and discover the history of the Stoanabichl Celtic Village up close. On exciting guided tours with a multilingual audio guide, you’ll learn interesting facts about Celtic life, their customs, rituals, and mysterious mythology.

Bramberg Museum
The museum in Bramberg captivates visitors not only with its national park exhibition “Emeralds and Crystals” but also with its folk culture section “People and Culture.”
Summer Hours
June–September: Sunday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
May and October: Tue, Thu, and Sun 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Winter Hours
The museum is closed in November and December!

Nationalpark Gallery Kaprun
The Kaprun National Park Gallery on the Kitzsteinhorn is a 360-meter-long informational tunnel that serves as the entrance to the observation deck. At six information stations, visitors can learn interesting facts about the Hohe Tauern, their formation and natural treasures, as well as the sophisticated cable car technology used in this high-alpine setting.

Vötter's Oldtimer Museum Kaprun
Marvel at vehicles from the 1950s and 1970s and earlier. The collection includes a wide variety of car models, motorcycles, tractors, and rare finds.

Hallein Salt Worlds
The salt mine tells the fascinating story of salt mining. Dressed in miners’ uniforms, visitors venture into the mountain, following the trail of “white gold” through four eras.
