Light hike Gorge & Sound in the Kitzlochklamm 

To the sounds of the quartet of the traditional music bands of Eschenau and Taxenbach, you can experience a unique nocturnal natural spectacle - the light hike through the Kitzlochklamm gorge.

On a stormy winter's night, wild women came out of the Kitzlochklamm gorge to the farmer on the Embach-Rain, a grassy knoll above the mouth of the Rauriser Ache into the Salzach. Hunger had driven them out of the gorge and in their distress they knocked on the door of the "Embach-Rainer" asking for food. The farmer gave them food and when the women had eaten their fill and made their way back to the gorge, they asked him if he had any wishes...

You can find out whether the farmer had a wish and whether the women fulfilled it on the light hike through the Kitzlochklamm gorge.
